The Institution has established a transparent mechanism to promptly address student grievances concerning internal assessment grades, discrimination, ragging, and sexual harassment.

Structure
- The Grievance Redressal Cell, overseen by the Principal, comprises senior faculty members, a police representative, non-teaching staff representatives, and members from SC/ST, OBC, Minority, and Local Bodies. It
operates for a term of one year, with the Principal serving as Chairperson. Eight specialized committees function under the Grievance Redressal Cell:

- Anti-Ragging Committee
- Examination Grievances Redressal Cell
- General Complaints Committee

Submission of Grievances
General Guidelines
- Students can register their grievances either in writing or by using the online redressal portal in the College website.
- The Grievance Redressal Cell examines the cases and directs them to respective committees.
- The respective committees should handle the grievances within five working days. The report should be handed over to the Principal for immediate action.
- Redressal Cell shall hear appeals related to Internal Marks from an aggrieved student, onlyafter the student has availed all other remedies provided by his/her Department.
- The confidentiality and privacy of students would be safeguarded in all cases.
