The Department of Computer Science, Taliparamba Arts and Science College, Kanhirangad, in association with Riss Technologies, successfully organized a One-Day Workshop on GitHub on 20th August 2025 (Wednesday) at the college Computer Lab.

👨‍💻 The session was led by Mr. Likhil T, Project Manager, Riss Technologies, who provided valuable insights into GitHub, version control, and collaborative project management. Students gained hands-on experience in repository creation, branching, committing, and merging — skills essential for modern software development.

💡 The workshop was highly interactive and enriched the technical knowledge of our final-year B.Sc. Computer Science students, preparing them for both academic and professional projects.

The event was organized to welcome the new batch of students with enthusiasm, fostering friendships and a sense of belonging within the department. The Freshers’ Party 2024 – Aetherium was a grand success, leaving freshers with unforgettable memories and a warm welcome to their academic journey. The event fostered a spirit of camaraderie and set a positive tone for the years ahead.

The second phase of the Placement Drive 2024 was successfully conducted at Taliparamba Arts and Science College in association with DataPower Technologies Pvt Ltd. The event aimed to provide career opportunities for BSc Computer Science graduates by connecting them with potential employers.
